Resources
Supporting yourself or someone you care for can sometimes feel like a lot to hold. You’re not expected to do it alone.
Below is a collection of trusted, evidence-informed resources that I often share with children, adults, and families. These can offer guidance, reassurance, and practical strategies as you navigate development, wellbeing, or daily life. Whether you’re waiting for appointments, adjusting to a diagnosis, or simply looking for additional support along the way.
I only recommend resources that I have personally used, explored, or shared with clients in practice. Each one has been selected for its relevance, reliability, and alignment with a neuro-affirming, strengths-based approach. While they don’t replace individualised therapy, these tools can be helpful for individuals and families seeking extra support between sessions.
